This 'caramel' and pecan combo is super morish in an indulgent rich vegan and gluten free brownie. The 'caramel' is a delicious mix of rice malt syrup and coconut milk which gives that delicious sticky texture. One bite will have you hooked, you wouldn't even think it's vegan and gluten free. 

Vegan/GF 'Caramel' & Pecan Brownies

  • Ingredients

    Sugar, Sunflower Spread (Vegetable Oils (45%) (Sunflower (26%), Palm Oil, Linseed Oil), Water, Salt (1%), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithins), Stabiliser (Sodium Alginate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Vitamin E, Flavouring, Colour (Beta-Carotene).), Rice Malt Syrup, Coconut Milk, Gluten Free Self Raising (Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)), Cocoa Powder, Chia Seeds,Water and Pecans.
